The bed was very comfortable with a warm duvet. The heating isn't super good but it's keeps the room a good temperature. Didn't pass any cold. Good shower too. Perhaps the room is a bit tight for two people but for one person is good. My room was next to the lift but this wasn't a problem, there's a second door leading to the room, so when closing it, you couldn't hear much. This also help to keep the room warmer.

My sister and I booked a room in this hotel for 2 days & 2 nights. We arrived in Bruxelles much earlier than the check-in time, but the politest and friendliest people at the reception allowed to check-in earlier, we really appreciated it after the night in a bus. The room was clean, beds were soft, kettle was available there. Our windows were next to the neighboring building and the quiet road. We also really liked the hotel design and it's architecture. There was also a cute tiny elevator. We really loved the location of the hotel - 5 min or less to the metro and +- 20 min by foot to the city center. This hotel is perfect when you arrive to the city for several days Thanks again for the nicest people working in this hotel❤️

Really great location between two metro stations. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity and perfect if you want to do some shopping while in Brussels. It's away from the tourist locations which is why we chose it. The room was clean , spacious and they had a tea/coffee facility in the room and lobby (plus a fridge in room that we didn't use).

I can’t describe enough how much me and my friend loved staying at this hotel in August. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and nice and the location was amazing - right in the main shopping street and super close to metro that enabled us to go to the center in 15 mins. Also, we really liked hotel’s sweet and hot drinks treat and their approach towards environmental well-being. If I visit Brussels again, I will definitely stay here again. I wish I could give you more than 10 points. Bien mérité!

The location is really good, It is just off one of the main streets, 300m to a Metro, 10 mins walk to a range of restaurants, 20 mins walk to the Grand Place. Breakfast is a buffet with a nice range of foods with plenty space and the ability to take your time to have a long lazy breakffast and have a second coffee and maybe another pain au chocolate. When our room was not warm a call to reception had it fixed immediately.

The staff very friendly and helpful, clean/comfortable room with good WiFi, quite a good and diverse breakfast. The location is near a tram stop, making it easy to get from/to the airport, so a good place (also plenty of nearby shops/restaurants), especially if you need to be based in that part of town.

Great locat Great location and staff. The rooms are small but cozy. The big plus is comfortable bed and climate control ion. Super staff. Also a huge plus: you can leave things for storage after the check is completed. And also a coffee machine at the reception (even after check out)And great wifi

- excellent staff service, very kind and helpful. All issues were resolved quickly - working AirConditioner (AC) - good breakfast, ham/chees/scrambled eggs, juice+coffee - excellent location if you arrived from Midi-Sud railway station. 10 minutes by metro + 5 minutes by food - 15 minutes by foot to king's palace, 30 minutes to Grand-Place - there are a lot of shops in Ixelles district + Louise - area was comfort enough, no worries at late arrival

Great location in city center - Louise, next to shopping area, close to Magritte museum, easy to get to Midi station by metro. Staff as pleasant and helpful. Room is small but good for one person. Breakfast was provided for 12 EUR - good variety of food.

The hotel is located in a convenient place near the Louise subway station in the heart of a shopping district close to the Palace of Justice. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The breakfast options were good and the coffee there was also very good quality.
